Interesting write-up in the current issue of Fortune Small Business magazine on health care and health insurance.  You may want to read about this if you are overweight, out of shape, have bad health habits ... or work with anyone who does.  We're not saying it will happen here, but ... it's an interesting article nonetheless.

ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL offers a free online test you can take now to help figure your chances of having a heart attack.  It only takes a few moments ... and could save your life!

02/02/2007:

An interesting site to visit, dedicated to "Promoting good health through the preventive maintenance approach" (but much more fun than it sounds) from Edmond Health

Also, here are some more Life Expectancy Calculators (just to keep you on your toes!):

01/08/2007:

It's certainly no guarantee, but clicking on the Longevity Calculator will at least get you thinking about how your lifestyle choices can affect your lifelong expectancies.  This Calculator is based on a quiz Harvard Medical School researchers Thomas Perl, M.D. and Margery Hutter Silver, Ed.D. developed to help you calculate your life expectancy. The quiz was developed after a rigorous study of 150 centenarians.  (Thanks to Al Brown for sharing this interesting site!)
